The warranty management domain includes besides notifying the deficiencies also monitoring and its solving procedures, its availability and its documentation.

The ALBA project managers supervise the statutory period of limitation, ensure the correspondence, which can be used in court if necessary, and verify during scheduled site inspections the solving procedures of the determined deficiencies. If the worst comes to the worst ALBA initiates the execution by substitution. All activities are documented accordingly.
